Q-Tech Co., Ltd.(“the Company”) protects users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and sets out this policy so that related concerns can be handled promptly.The Korean version prevails if the two versions differ.
1. Information we collect and how
The Company collects the following information through the website inquiry form.

3. How long we keep it
Inquiry contents and attachments are not stored on the website; they are only sent to our email address (engp108@naver.com), where they are kept for three years from the date of the inquiry and then deleted without delay.
The website keeps only a send log (reference number, time, inquiry type and the hashed IP value), which is deleted automatically after three years.
Where a law requires it to be kept longer, it is kept for the period set by that law.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where a law specifically requires it or an investigative authority requests it under legal procedures.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
The Company entrusts the following processing to run the website.

6. How we destroy it
Information whose retention period has passed or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and printed material is shredded or incinerated.

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information by contacting the privacy officer below by phone or email. We will act without delay.
You may decline to consent to collection and use. In that case you can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
8. Security measures
- Limiting and managing staff access to personal information
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Access control and access logs for administrator accounts
- Automatic deletion of send and access logs after their retention period
