Overview
PVC is a self-extinguishing material with excellent chemical resistance. It is easy to machine, has high mechanical strength and tensile strength, and can be used in the temperature range of –15℃ to –60℃. It is also suitable for bonding and welding. PVC features outstanding chemical resistance, excellent insulation properties, low water absorption, and ease of painting.
Characteristics
- Excellent Thermal Insulation
Superior to metals in thermal insulation, helping reduce heat dissipation from equipment. - Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Shows stable performance against acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. - Outstanding Flame Resistance
- Stable Mechanical Strength
Excellent in cutting, bending, and other mechanical strengths. - Excellent Workability
Suitable for cutting, drilling, and other mechanical processing.
Applications
Chemical tanks, semiconductor equipment, exhaust ducts, automotive interior components, storage tanks, etc.
