PTFETeflon (polytetrafluoroethylene)
Teflon (PTFE) is the most representative fluororesin, accounting for 60% of total fluororesin demand. It combines outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance, low friction, non-stick behavior and electrical properties. It is mainly used where several of these are needed at once, such as heat resistance with electrical properties, chemical resistance with heat resistance, or non-stick behavior with heat resistance; typical uses are in the chemical and semiconductor industries, where chemical and solvent resistance is essential.

Features
Continuous service temperature 260℃
Suitable for continuous use at high temperatures.
Low friction
It has the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material.
Exceptional chemical resistance
Unaffected by almost all chemicals.
Electrical properties
A low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor give it excellent electrical properties.
Non-absorbent
Water absorption and permeability are nearly zero.
Weatherability and non-stick behavior
Excellent weather resistance and non-stick properties.
