PVDF

Outline

Fluoride resin with excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength at 150℃ continuous use temperature

Characteristic

PVDF is widely used in various fields such as chemistry, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, and paper because it has excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties, which are advantages of fluoride resins. Compared to other fluoride resins, PVDF is slightly inferior in heat resistance, but on the other hand, because of its high crystallinity, it has the characteristic of showing the best mechanical strength among hook-based resins.

Applications

-Electronic equipment parts, semiconductors, and liquid crystal parts (valves, caps, etc.)

-Chemical industry related (housing of linings, bolts, filters)

-Related to the food industry (parts in food processing machines)

-Related to industrial machinery (rollers, guide rails, washer)

-Related to steel and metal (roll, liner, pickling line, plating field)

-Medical Device Related Parts
