he PC 1000 product is a transparent amorphous thermoplastic resin with very high impact strength and elastic modulus.

It is produced in a different way than regular PC transparent (0.5T to 15T) products, resulting in a slightly lower surface condition and transparency.

Characteristic

The PC 1000 has a thermal deformation temperature of 145℃ at 264 psi, a very low water absorption rate, and is resistant to acidic solvents. It also has good electrical properties, so it is in the spotlight as a part used in electrical/electronic equipment. (See Figures 12 and 13) It has good strength, impact resistance, and transparency, making it an ideal material for transparent structural materials such as goggles and windows.

The PC 1000 product has excellent numerical stability and is ideal for processing parts with narrow tolerances.
