TP 601(Oilon Green)

TP 601 (Oilon Green) is the first Nylon with special lubricants.

TP 601 significantly reduced the coefficient of friction due to the co-precipitation of special lubricating components, which is about 5 times more durable than MC nylon and about 20 times more durable than bronze as an example of bearing application. It has low wearability, coefficient of friction, and Stick Slip properties.

TP 612 (Oilon Yellow)

TP 612 is a polymer in which Nylon12 is competing under the special chemical environment of the unit.

TP 612 significantly reduced water absorption by special chemical bonds and improved weather resistance.

It has high dimensional safety and impact strength based on low water absorption and elasticity incomparable to existing Niron, and is applied in many industrial areas such as automobiles, machinery, and shipbuilding.
