TP LUBE 610 (Red Oilon)
Overview
TP LUBE 610 is a revolutionary material in the Nylacast production line, developed as a high wear-resistant plastic and recognized worldwide across various industries.
Due to the inclusion of special lubricating components, TP LUBE 610 has a coefficient of friction ranging from 0.03 to 0.08.
Among industrial plastics, it boasts the best coefficient of friction, offering not only excellent wear resistance but also outstanding mechanical properties. It also supports a wide range of applications in terms of load, speed, and temperature.
Currently, it is used and acknowledged in many fields such as automotive, machinery, shipbuilding, petrochemical, and food industries.
Features
- Self-lubrication over 15 times that of MC Nylon (Coefficient of friction: 0.03~0.08)
- Heat deflection temperature over 210℃
- Excellent mechanical strength and durability among PA-based materials
- Chemical resistance (Strong against alkalis, applicable to mild acids)
Applications
Wear plates, heavy equipment parts, guide bushings, automotive parts, chain guides, steel plant machine parts, gears, sprockets, rollers, petrochemical applications
TP 601 (Green Oilon)
Overview
TP 601 (Green Oilon) is the first Nylon developed with added special lubricating components.
Due to the inclusion of these lubricants, TP 601 significantly reduces the coefficient of friction. For example, in bearing applications, it offers about 5 times the durability of MC Nylon and about 20 times that of bronze. It features low wear, low friction, and Stick-Slip resistance.
Features
- Self-lubrication about 5 times that of MC (Coefficient of friction: 0.1~0.15)
- Heat deflection temperature over 210℃
- Strong mechanical properties and excellent durability
- Excellent self-lubrication due to special Oilon component
Applications
Wear plates, heavy equipment parts, guide bushings, automotive parts, gears, steel plant machine parts, sieves, heavy-duty parts, petrochemical applications
TP 612 (Yellow Oilon)
Overview
TP 612 is a copolymer of Nylon 12 polymerized under a special chemical environment.
TP 612 has significantly reduced water absorption due to its special chemical bonding and has improved weather resistance.
With extremely low water absorption and modulus of elasticity, it provides excellent dimensional stability and impact strength. It is used in various industrial fields such as automotive, machinery, and shipbuilding.
Features
- Self-lubrication about 2.5 times that of MC (Coefficient of friction: 0.2)
- Heat deflection temperature over 200℃
- Low water absorption, excellent durability, high impact strength
- Excellent dimensional stability
- Chemical resistance (Strong against alkalis, applicable to mild acids)
Applications
Submarine bushings, guide bushings, impellers, gears, rollers, outriggers, heavy equipment parts, wear plates, steel plant machine parts
