PEEK is a melt-processable, semi-crystalline resin known for having the highest heat resistance among such resins, with a continuous service temperature of 250°C. It also boasts excellent fatigue resistance, environmental resistance, and flame retardancy (emitting minimal corrosive gases and smoke), making it ideal for demanding applications in the electrical, electronics, and aerospace industries. Mechanically, it exhibits high rigidity and elongation, along with outstanding impact resistance—making it an exceptionally tough material.

• KetronⓇ PEEK 1000
  This grade offers the highest elongation and toughness of all PEEK types.
  The newly available black PEEK 1000 is ideal for visually exposed components or seals where ductility and inertness are critical.
• KetronⓇ PEEK CA30 (30% Carbon Fiber Reinforced)
  Carbon fiber reinforcement increases compressive strength and stiffness while greatly reducing the coefficient of thermal expansion.
  Ideal for optimizing wear and load resistance.
  Also offers better thermal conductivity than pure PEEK, enhancing heat dissipation in bearing applications and improving their performance and lifespan.
• KetronⓇ PEEK HPV (Bearing Grade)
  This grade includes graphite, PTFE lubricants, and carbon fiber.
  It has an extremely low coefficient of friction and offers the best machinability among all PEEK grades.
  Its low friction, high wear resistance, high PV value, minimal counterface wear, and superior machinability make it ideal for bearings in extreme environments.
• KetronⓇ PEEK GF30 (30% Glass Fiber Reinforced)
  Glass fiber reinforcement significantly lowers thermal expansion and increases flexural modulus.
  Especially suitable for structural applications requiring strength, rigidity, or dimensional stability above 150°C (300°F).
