This material is an optimal combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical dust removal properties, and abrasion resistance.
ErtalonⓇ6SA is a "multi-purpose" grade that has excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance in addition to these properties and can be used for machine construction and maintenance.

ErtalonⓇIt is a material that has better mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance, and wear resistance than 6SA.
In addition, the material also has excellent creep resistance, but its impact strength and mechanical dust removal ability have been reduced.
It is a very suitable material for machining on automatic shelves.
ErtalonⓇ66SA Natural Rods (Roads) over 150mm in diameter are made of a specific polyamide 66 resin.

Ertalon 4.6 maintains superior stiffness and creep resistance over a wide range of temperatures compared to other nylon blades, and also has superior thermal aging resistance. Therefore, Ertalon 4.6's applications are mainly applied in "high temperature sections" [80-150℃] where the stiffness, creep resistance, heat aging resistance, fatigue strength, and abrasion resistance of PA6, PA66, POM and PET are difficult to apply.
-ErtalonⓇ66-GF30[PA66-GF30;Black]
30% fiberglass-reinforced, heat-stabilized nylon blades provide greater strength, stiffness, creep resistance, dimensional stability and greater wear resistance compared to pure PA66. Maximum usage temperature is also higher.
-ErtalonⓇGS [PA66+MoS2; Black Gray]
The impact strength of this material is somewhat lower than Erthalon 665, as MoS2 has been added to improve rigidity, hardness, and dimensional stability. The basic effect of molybdenum disulfide has improved the crystal structure, enhancing bearing properties and wear resistance.

Cast nylon 6 grades show very similar properties to Ertalon66SA.
Not only is it excellent in strength, stiffness, and hardness, but it also has excellent creep resistance, thermal aging properties, and mechanical workability.
-ErtalonⓇ6XAU+[PA6;Black]
Ertalon6XAU+ is a heat stabilized cast nylon grade with a very dense and highly crystalline structure.
Ertalon6XAU+ has a very good thermal aging resistance in the air compared to conventional extrusion or casting nylon and has a continuous acceptable temperature of 15-30℃ higher [less deterioration of physical properties due to thermal oxidation].
Ertalon6XAU+ is a perfect material for bearings and other mechanical components that operate for long periods of time in the atmosphere at temperatures above 60°C.

The inner lubricating casting nylon 6 is literally automatic lubrication.
Developed specifically for slow-moving parts under large loads in a non-leak state, the Ertalo LFX has a wider range of applications compared to standard cast nylon. The Blue Base Casting Nylo 6 Grade has improved toughness, flexibility and fatigue resistance over the Ertalon 6 PLA. It is proven to be a great material for use in cogs, lathe, pinion cogs, and more.
-NylatronⓇGSM [PA6+MoS2; Black Gray]
Nylatron GSM contains particulate molybdenum disulfide particles, enhancing bearing and abrasion behavior without affecting the impact resistance and fatigue resistance inherent in base cast nylon blades. It is a grade that is very commonly used in gears, bearings, chain sawtooth wheels, pulley wheels, etc.
-NylatronⓇNSM [PA6+Solid Lubricant; Gray]
The Nylatron NSM is a cast nylon 6 configuration unique to Quadrant, with solid lubrication additives for improved automatic lubrication, superior friction and abrasion resistance, and greater pressure-speed capability. [Up to five times better than conventional cast nylon]
It is particularly suitable for high-speed, non-leak moving parts applications, making it a perfect complement to Ertalon LFX, an oiled grade.
-NylatronⓇLFG [PA6+ Oil; Natural (Ivory)/Blue]
Nylatron LFG [Lubricated Food Grade] is a product that literally automatically lubricates and is structured in compliance with FDA food contact regulations. Nylatron LFG is a product specifically developed for slow-moving parts under high load from non-lubricated food contact applications.
Compared to standard casting nylon, maintenance costs are low and service life is longer.
-NylatronⓇ703XL [PA6+Internal Lubricant; Purple]
It is a high-performance cast nylon 6 bearing blade with much better wear resistance than Nylatron NSM, superior pressure-speed capability, and the industry's first ever "stick slip" level.

This product is specifically developed for use in the food processing and packaging industries, with metal repellent additives embedded inside the product. Nylatron MD is a material with improved wear and fatigue resistance and less moisture absorption than the standard PA6.
This material is applied to temperature environments up to 80°C and is configured to comply with food contact regulations.
Technical Information
Nylon can absorb up to 9% of the weight of water while placed in very humid environments or placed in water.
This results in dimensional variations and thus reduced physical properties. However, with the right design techniques, these factors can be avoided.
